payments, procedures

Our house and apartment cleaning packages start at only 125.00! Our deep cleaning is always $50.00 off and is based on a 4 hour session. For more options, please check the booking page.

Lock-Out Policy:  We recommend to all our clients that they provide us with a key. If you choose not to provide us with a key, it is your responsibility to ensure that we have access to your home when we are scheduled to visit. Because our time and scheduling are an important part of our effectiveness, if we arrive at your home and it is locked, we will be charging a $50 lock-out fee.

Cancellations:  We require 24 for cancellation.  Repeated late cancellations such as the night before or morning of our visit may result in a change to your scheduled day as some days are very full and schedule changes can be more disruptive. Cleanings not canceled within the 24 hours will be billed regardless.

Your Payment:  Payment is due on the day of cleaning unless otherwise arranged in advance.  As most of you already do, please leave your payment on your kitchen counter each time.  If we must invoice you for unpaid cleanings we will now be adding a $5 late payment fee. We accept Visa, Master Card, EMT, or cheque. You can also book and pay via pay pal on our booking page.

how have we adapted during Covid-19?

We have implemented several new procedures to help keep our clients and staff safe during the Covid-19 pandemic. Cleaning for health and safety is extremely important, now more than ever. We will continue to research and implement the specific/necessary requirements to help fight this virus. Keeping our client’s homes cleaned, disinfected in a safe way & protect our team members and clients, are our main objective. This will not change. Cleaning your home or workplace is one of the best ways to prevent the spread of flus or viruses. This includes the Coronavirus. We are up to date on effective and safe ways to clean your home or office. We regularly research ways to prevent the spread, ways to keep safe while doing our job thru Public Health Canada, CDC and WHO.  All of our clients are sent an email with our forms, polices and procedures upon booking. We now have an

 electronic form and questionnaire for cleaning under Covid-19. Please contact us for more information.
